Salata, The Next Generation Salad Bar concept, where you create-your-own, tossed-to-order, fresh and healthy salads and salad wraps, is opening its next D/FW location in downtown Dallas at 1700 Pacific Avenue, in the Chase Tower early Summer 2011.

Michael Mina, proud Franchisee of the Salata located in Preston Center, is excited to open his second franchise location downtown. "I am so excited to bring Salata to downtown Dallas! Our location in Preston Center has been nothing short of spectacular. It is such a personalized concept with the very freshest possible ingredients hand cut daily. The fresh made, all natural, signature dressings are amazing."

The Salata menu is very simple. Create your own salad or salad wrap by choosing from a variety of fresh lettuces, vegetables, fruits, nuts, cheeses, and an array of our tasty signature dressings. Top your creation with a great selection of chicken (grilled, pesto, spicy chipotle or Asian BBQ) and seafood (shrimp, salmon, seafood mix), just to name a few. If you would like, you can roll your salad into a wrap with your choice of Wheat, Cool Cucumber, Thai Ginger, Texas BBQ or Southwest tortillas. Add a cup of delicious Tomato Basil or Tortilla Soup, and end your meal with a bite-size dessert.
