Salata To Open Three More Units in the DFW Area

Salata, The Next Generation Salad Bar, where you create your tossed-to-order, fresh and healthy salads and salad wraps, has just signed a new Franchisee for a three unit deal in the DFW area. Mark and Kathryn Robbins with Pegasus Restaurant Group, LLC signed an agreement to open these three new Salata locations during the next two and a half years.

Berge Simonian, Co-Founder of Salata, says, "We are very excited to have Mark join the Salata family. He believes in the Salata concept, and we know that he will maintain the Salata standards by displaying the freshness and quality of our salad bar consistently every day."

The Salata menu is very simple. Create your own salad or salad wrap by choosing from a variety of fresh lettuces, vegetables, fruits, nuts, cheeses, and an array of our tasty signature dressings. Top your creation with a great selection of different types of grilled chicken and seafood. You could even roll your salad into a wrap with your choice of a variety of wheat tortillas. Add a cup of our delicious signature soup, and end your meal with a bite-size dessert.
